No Contribution No Chop is a campus-based meal sharing app that helps students cook, contribute, and eat together fairly. Students can create or join meal events on their campus. One student creates the meal and others join by contributing money. No freeloading. No confusion. Just shared effort, good food, and real connections.

The Problem

Campus students across Africa struggle with the high cost of cooking for themselves alone, food waste, and social isolation. There was no easy way for students to pool resources, coordinate shared meals, or connect with coursemates over food in an organised, fair way.

Our Solution

We built NCNC, a platform where students either host a meal or join one as a guest. Hosts creates the meal with a specific amount for each guest to pay and guests contribute money through the app. Everything is tracked transparently so everyone knows who's cooking what and who's paying for what. No freeloading. Just community, affordability, and great food.
